Our platform lists all refuges and gîtes that are members of the Tour du Mont-Blanc Wardens' Association. If an accommodation does not appear, it means it is not part of the association and therefore cannot be booked through our website. Other refuges exist in the Mont-Blanc area that are not TMB members, please contact them directly.
Bookings for summer 2027 will be open for all refuges as of October 15th, 2026.
A confirmation email is automatically sent to the email address provided during your booking. If you have not received it, please check your spam or junk folder. If the issue persists, log in to your customer account on the website, your booking will be visible there if payment was successfully processed. You can also contact us via the contact form, quoting your order number.
You can modify your booking directly from your customer account, under "My orders", up to 30 days before your arrival date. Select the relevant order and click "Modify my booking". If the modification is requested less than 30 days before your arrival, it will no longer be possible online. In that case, please contact the refuge directly.
You can manage your cancellations directly from your customer account, under the "My bookings" section.

More than 30 days before arrival, you will be refunded 80% of the deposit paid, in accordance with our general terms and conditions.
Less than 30 days before arrival, no refund will be issued, unless you took out cancellation and trip interruption insurance at the time of booking and your reason for cancellation is covered by the policy.
If you took out cancellation and trip interruption insurance and your reason for cancellation is covered by the policy, the insurance may reimburse up to 95% of the deposit paid.
The Tour du Mont-Blanc is accessible to any regular hiker in good physical condition. You do not need to be an experienced mountaineer, but good stamina and prior experience of mountain hiking are essential. The full circuit covers approximately 170 km and 10,000 m of elevation gain, typically completed in 7 to 12 days depending on your pace. Serious physical preparation in the weeks leading up to your departure is strongly recommended.

Finally, remember to protect or care for your dog's paws (pads), as the stones on the trails can cause injury after several consecutive days of walking.
The TMB with a dog is therefore not the simplest option and requires real care and very good organisation.
