Peace and quiet are guaranteed, with only the black Hérens cows and marmots for company.

The hut is located in the Charamillon mountain pasture under the name ‘Chalets de Charamillon’ on IGN maps.
It can be reached from the Tour du Mont Blanc trail, from the village of Le Tour (1 hour) or from the Charamillon cable car (15 minutes).

After passing the Col de Balme, follow signs for Le Tour/Charamillon and descend into the mountain pasture between the two ski lifts in the ski area.
Signposts are installed in the mountain pasture.

Restaurant open for lunch every day. A selection of fresh, local produce is available. The terrace offers superb views of the Mont Blanc range.
